- We all know WHAT we do – the product or services we sell
- How we do it refers to the things that make us stand out and differentiate us.
- But few know or articulate their WHY — their Purpose, their Cause or their Belief.

Positive Self Talk. Active and affirmative language is key when writing your goals because it impacts how you perceive them
Make Your Goals Reachable. Make sure every goal is SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bound).
Create a Plan. Set Measurable Action Objectives that you can evaluate weekly, monthly, quarterly & annually.
Write it Down. The physical act of writing down a goal makes it real and tangible.
Write in an Active Style. As you write, use the word ‘will’ instead of ‘would like to’ or ‘might’.
Narrow Down What’s Important. If you have little interest in the outcome, they become irrelevant.
Start by identifying and committing to at elast one:
- Activity- based Goal
- Process-based Goal
- Outcome-based Goal
- Personal Goal
